Cons: we were AGES waiting to get our car, seemed it was a misunderstanding as 2 or 3 clients were standing waiting and the staff thought we were all waiting to be picked up.

Cons: The vans should have backup sensors or cameras. We managed with out, but it would have been easier with cameras on some of the tight spaces.

Pros: We picked up in Edinburgh. The lady was very helpful, friendly and patient. We tried to fit all our suitcases in the car and it didn't work. She was able to upgrade us to a bigger car quickly for just a small price. Drop off in Aberdeen was easy and when the lady checked the car she found and returned some forgotten items. They even dropped us off it our next stop saving us the 30-45 minute walk to the ferry. Have been 100% satisfied with everyone I have dealt with on this rental.

Cons: Their service was fantastic. Can't fault anything. Just make sure you know exactly where you are picking up/dropping off because we went to the wrong place 20 minutes away.

Cons: We had difficulty finding the pickup spot in order to get to Arnold Clark. After finding it and being transported to the actual rental car agency, we had a 1.5 hour wait to get the car. The van driver was especially nice and accommodating, though.

Cons: Took a long time to get picked up at airport, then there wasn't enough room for everyone, so some of my family members had to stay and wait for the shuttle to return, meanwhile after we were dropped off, the driver couldn't leave to go get stranded family members because he was waiting for returning passengers to airport. A little frustrating mostly because I have a member who is diabetic and I expressed that to staff.

Cons: Took really long to return the car and had to wait again for transportation to the airport. We rented a 9 person-van which did not have any park assist. No beeping sound when driving in reverse and no way to see the back end of the van because of its model. I think it is very cheap to get vans of that size with no parking assist.

Cons: Location of the petrol service relative to the car hire office ; difficult to get even with the GPS... a lot of roundabout.
