Pros: Their motivated team here in Bergamoto allows one to pick up and drop off the car at an above-average speed.

Cons: There is room to improve the car's cleanliness and condition, at least on ours, at the last time.

Pros: The service was fast and excellent. But unfortunately I was not able to connect the phone to the Android Auto system in the Nissan Juke for a better navigation experience during the trip, even though the phone works properly in all other vehicles. I had to use the phone for navigation instead of the vehicle's multimedia screen. I liked that the car was new and clean.

Cons: There are no complaints about the service team. They do an excellent job!

Pros: No deposit. Scratches considered only if 5cm or longer. No forcing to buy their own insurance. Easy and straightforward drop off.

Cons: Front desk lady’s customer service skills, unprofessional. Shouting over customers when it was her who failed to understand (hear) the question. Then speaking of (cursing) us in front of us in Italian as if we couldn’t understand it.

Pros: The lady at the front desk, Martina, the whole family loved her! She was very very polite, fast and with a big bright smile on her face. This is how employees of rental car companies should always treat their customers. Upgrade her and make her teach other employees. Although all her colleagues were also awesome. Pick up, drop off was fast and they all had a nice smile on their face.

Cons: When renting the car, I indicated that I wanted snow chains for the wheels. But I received only snow socks for the wheels, which after 3 exits from the apartment yard (15 meters slope at an angle of 45 degrees) tore,so I had to buy snow chains (60 eur) with my own money, which I had asked for when ordering the car. I left the chains when returning the rental car, the reception girl saw it and said that I can take them, because we will not compensate for anything. More than that is fine.

Cons: I haven't been provided with the car described on the booking. VW Golf, instead of VW T-rock. Diesel car fueled with summer diesel and no winter tires fitted. I h've been warned that it may freeze if I go up to the mountains. I was offered a replacement for additional value. The lady from the counter was annoyed that I have found additional scratch, not described on the ppwk, when the car was handed over to me.
